Currently, Twig + Arrow only accommodates shipments within the continental United States and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Virgin Islands. For International requests, please call us during business hours Monday-Friday 9a.m. to 6p.m. PST to see if an order can be processed to your requested country. Our standard carrier is USPS and we only ship via Fedex. We kindly ask that you anticipate three to eight business days for shipping.
Twig + Arrow Salon offers a variety of products and services of the utmost integrity. All items purchased from our salon or through our website can only be returned to us directly. Twig + Arrow Salon will only accept returns for unopened items purchased our salon or our website twigandarrowsalon.com and must arrive in good, re-saleable condition. All returns take 3-5 business days to process in full and will be applied to the payment method used.
Twig + Arrow Salon will issue a call tag to have the products shipped back at no expense to the customer.
